Voice Yoga

Workshops: Voice Yoga & selfhealing with Sound

A program of asanas (yoga postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises) and singing exercises from different Nada Yoga traditions and vocal soundtherapy. The purpose is to activate the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic nervous system. This will prepare for a deeper experince and effect of Nada Vydia (selfhealing through sound). Also it helps releasing tensions related to the voice and has a lot of additional positive sideeffects:

  • Physical grounding
  • Deep relaxation
  • Finding your own true voice
  • Getting a powerful speaking voice
  • Becoming better at singing
  • Learning to sing harmonies
  • Learning the different music scales and their relation to the
    chakras and the different glands in the body
